How Do We Get Compostable Straws in Bulk Step-by-step

STEP 1: Prepare Raw Material

Turn on the heating system to produce pellets using the hopper of the extruder using the suction fan. Adjust the water level of the extruder to maintain the water flow and the cutter to cut and feed the input. Adjust the air pressure to ensure that the straw aperture meets the requirements, and then adjust the sudoku to ensure that the straw product size is consistent.

STEP 2: Crystallizing

Place the cut straws in the front-end hopper of the straw crystallizing machine for secondary crystallization, the straw temperature resistance can be raised to 90-95 degrees, greatly improving the temperature resistance performance

STEP 3: Packaging

Place the cut straws in the hopper of the flap packaging machine and install the wrapping paper. The machine will push the straws in order, and through the embossing wheel, seal the wrapping paper. Then, through the induction color scale, the straws will be slit one by one at the set position and sent into the conveyor belt, and through vibration, the straws will be neatly arranged and sent into the packaging film. Then the packaged straws are conveyed in gradient according to the set speed and length through the conveyor belt and embossing wheel for sealing. Then the straws are labeled and boxed, and the finished product is ready.

PLA(Polylactic Acid) is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester.
